Thanks in large part to grants received through the Adams County Open Space the Bennett Parks and Recreation District is excited to open the new Aquatics Center in Early 2010. Below you will find some images taken during the construction process and a rendering of the conceptual look to the facility
In addition, The Bennett Recreation District is using Conservation Trust Funds for a couple of additional improvements to the Bennett Recreation Center.
The Bennett Parks and Recreation District's Master Plan calls for the complete build out of the 6 acre plot that the Bennett Recreation Center sits on, complete with a baseball / softball field, a tennis court, basketball court, playground and multipurpose field. Additional amenities include restrooms and a pavilion area. We are currently hard at work to find additional funds for these projects and complete our master plan. Below you will find a conceptual overhead drawing of what the 6 acre plot encompasses.
